Complaints can be submitted online to SCB in accordance with SCB's complaint policy.

Complaints can be filed against SCB and its services, an SCB-accredited or applicant CB, or a certified organization. When submitting a complaint, there is a question about the type of entity your complaint concerns and the process progresses based on your response.
